At Rasm & Tales, every product is carefully packed and quality checked before dispatch. Due to the perishable nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Spice blends

  • Pickles

  • Namkeens

  • Any other food products purchased through our website

This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for all our customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

In the rare event that you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaking package or jar

  • An incorrect item

  • A product that appears defective upon delivery

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, kindly share:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • An unboxing video showing the condition of the package upon arrival

Please ensure the video clearly captures:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The opening process

  • The condition of the product received

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds & Replacements

Once our team reviews the submitted evidence and verifies the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
